I have discovered a very special place by my home that many people have yet to discover. The beach is comparable to a Washington Coast ocean beach, and the trail makes you feel like you are in a different land. Usually we share this place with only a few other families at a time and everyone can have their own special place. At low tide you can walk way out and play in the little pools that have formed in the sand(Today was low tide day). At high tide you can play on the driftwood and build forts. When the tide is exactly in the middle you can wade out about 200 yards before the water gets deep. The boys and I have been spending a lot of time here the past few weeks. I like to call it my secret place and I hope others do not discover it. Today we shared our place with Rachel, Thomas, Anne, Andrew and Kate. We had a lot of fun with our friends.
We would love to share our place with others, but you must promise not let our secret out. Call us to make a playdate and we will take you on an adventure that is close to our home.
